Abstract:
This paper deals with an ergonomic software for workload regulation decision-making aid in systems of discrete and diversified productions: MARGE. The problem of decisions is considered from the need of autonomy of the decision-maker, and the consistency of his decisions according to his environment, involving the reasoning on constrained slacks of workload and constrained slacks of time in the case of MARGE. The design of ergonomic software is associated with the problem of "tasks distribution" between man and machine, involving disciplinary studies on a classification of different strategies, allowing the control on the operator and consequently on the machine.
