Abstract: By articulating our handbook around the key concepts of actors, territories and projects we propose a renewed approach for analyzing and teaching the management information systems. The handbook shows, through a systemic paradigm, that the question of the actors refer to the governance of information systems, the territories (functional and /or geographical) deserve to be approached through the prism of urbanization, and the projects are the basis of relevant strategies where information systems are aligned with business objectives.
