Quelles constructions de filières dans l'agriculture russe ? L'exemple d'Orel

Abstract:
This contribution aims at underlying the way the agro-food industry survived after 1992. We chose a "path-oriented" bias in order to question the role of agriculture in this sector's dynamics. Indeed, Orel's region appears very much interested in these dynamics, and thus committed to food security. Consequently, it promotes the integration of some farms into the agro-industry. These measures organise the agro-food industry and put into practice various collective legacies in order for the territories to survive.
