Abstract: Cette première édition de la nouvelle rubrique Stratégies est consacrée au concept d'avantage concurrentiel. La concurrence entre La Redoute et les 3 Suisses illustre la distinction entre avantage compétitif et avantage comparatif, deux composantes de l'avantage concurrentiel, et met en évidence le lien entre marketing stratégique et apprentissage organisationnel.
