Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Local communities and especially the districts and prefectures of Togo have been target of little research in management sciences, precisely in governance. This exploratory study examines the internal factors that influence the governance in these local communities so as to allow the actors to better understand the reasons that justify the evaluation of the governance of their communities. This would help them to make good choices as far as the services rendered to the citizens are concerned. The study tempts to show the nature of the relationships between these factors and the local communities' governance. The results show that there exists a positive relationship between the internal factors and the governance.
