Abstract: PocketConfidant AI is a start-up that offers digital coaching powered by artificial intelligence (AI). The coaching market is very fragmented, and the use of digital tools offers new growth opportunities. Developed in close collaboration with the company, the case study contains detailed information on PocketConfidant AI and the global coaching market. The student is asked to develop a digital marketing plan: SWOT analysis, marketing strategy, buyer personas, customer paths, mix marketing and digital mix marketing.
