Abstract:
The Altrad group is a French multinational in industrial services, who employs 38,500 people and holds subsidiaries in 48 countries. Since its creation, the company has developed a high-growth strategy and completed more than one hundred acquisitions. The group is managed by Mohed Altrad, an entrepreneur of Syrian origin whose unique background marks the values and commitments of the company.Developed with the general management of Altrad, this case study contains detailed information on the group's development in France and abroad. Students are asked to conduct a strategic diagnosis, analyze the organizational and governance structures, evaluate the acquisition policy and formulate recommendations to succeed the future development of the group.
