Abstract: Questionnaire to collect and analyze the external environment based on the threats and opportunities present in the organization's environment and to identify the key success factors. It also makes it possible to question the level of autonomy based on the organization's possibilities of initiative and to identify the margins for maneuver and the obstacles. Finally, the internal environment is questioned on the basis of the organization's strengths and weaknesses in order to identify distinctive competencies.
