Abstract:
This research focuses on the levers for developing interprofessional cross-disciplinary cooperation and their impact on the user's pathway, in particular by minimizing disruptions for the user. It is based on the implementation of a change within an association in the medico-social sector. The observation and analysis of the structures and actors, via a longitudinal case study, highlighted the difficulties of cooperation between all the professions, particularly the specialized educators and the workshop monitors. The researchers analyzed the decisions to change the organizational structure and behaviors. The process gradually led to better collaboration among professionals. This led to tangible improvements in the organization of collective work for the benefit of professionals and users.
