Une perspective de droit économique sur les engagements volontaires des firmes en matière d’éthique et de conformité

Abstract:
Does the ethical commitment of companies effectively influence their behaviour and does it not suffer from all the usual limitations of self-regulation? The contributions presented in the field of digital law and environmental law show that voluntary commitments can be effective as long as breaches are sanctioned. This sanction can also come from the stakeholders through the reputational damage that a firm whose behaviour deviates from its commitments would suffer.
