Abstract:
The article proposes to combine the concepts of self-training organization (J. Eneau) and of learning organization (Argyris & Schön) to enrich the model of autonomy-oriented complex training engineering developed by Daniel Poisson (2010). This model is visualized in the form of a tetrahedron whose four vertices (trainers, knowledge, learners, educational resources) allow a fractal deployment (each term referring to a tetrahedron which details its components). The enrichment of this model produces a pentahedron of learning acquisitions in organizations, describing the articulation between the individual learner, the manager/trainer, knowledge, information management tools and the collective. This model can be used to visualize situations and learning processes in an organization, during a diagnostic or support process, and it thus allows re-appropriation by stakeholders and strengthening of the (self)learning and (self(training) character of the organization.
