Abstract:
Since the beginning of organizational theories, the role of the manager has been evolving. Even if the stakes remain the same: "efficiency at work", management methods are constantly being evaluated, and must satisfy all the company's stakeholders, both internal and external. And yet, managers have never been so helpless. According to APEC (2023), "54% of managers often or occasionally experience intense stress, and more than 1 in 2 regularly or occasionally experience burnout". The various intervention-researches we carry out in companies show that this research method places the manager-practitioner in a reflexive posture, essential to the real and profound appropriation of new managerial practices. As for the researcher, this concept of research enables him to produce experimental and conceptual results that are doubly valid: internally and externally. Internally, the effectiveness of the new practices is put to the test of use by the players involved. Externally, our researchers use this material to feed their research work, which is evaluated by the scientific community.
