Abstract:
To consolidate its intervention-research activities, the ISEOR research center has deployed three complementary mechanisms, largely self-financed, to produce and disseminate innovative knowledge in management: an annual conference with a professional focus that allows for the co-evaluation of research results and is extended by the publication of conference proceedings, and an annual international academic conference that aims for openness and multi-linguistic exchanges, and finally, a trilingual academic journal, Recherches en Sciences de Gestion-Management Sciences-Ciencias de Gestión, that advocates diversity, tolerance, and scientific rigor, and that has been developed since 1978 with a high level of ethics.
