Abstract: Alors que s'est ouvert à Paris le sommet sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA), cette dernière est au cœur de la bataille économique sino-américaine. Décryptant cette guerre technologique, Benjamin Bürbaumer montre que la montée en puissance de la Chine bouleverse les rapports de force mondiaux.
