Abstract:
The new challenges of public communication, whose vocation is to build the representation of public action and its policies, means taking account of the changes in the overall communication of public organisations. Setting the scene, promoting action and supporting change are still essential. The new uses to which it has recently been put are leading us to question the scope of this communication, its role and its professionalisation.
