Abstract: Based on a five-year longitudinal study, the aim of this article is to analyze how the members of a virtuous network, developed in an interstitial space, face a situation of interpersonal conflict. In connection with the literature on conflicts in interpersonal relationships, our analysis shows that the parties, aggressors and victims, share a suffering facing the emergence of this conflict in a context supposed to contain it. After a first emotional reaction, the victim can forgive or choose revenge, with caution, as long as, in view of the irremediable, intentional and repeated characteristics of the offence, she can be sure of the support of the members of the network.
