Abstract: The publication "Beyond positive law, analyses and tools for regulating platform micro-work" aims to draw a state of the art and propose ways of regulating digital micro-work. To do this, it presents the main results of the ANR TraPlaNum project, both interdisciplinary and comparative, empirical and theoretical. Cross-analyses allow a better understanding of a phenomenon that upsets our approach to work, its categories and our ways of apprehending it and regulating power asymmetries.
