Abstract: Contre Washington, Pékin veut mettre en place une réorganisation sino-centrée du capitalisme global. Son programme n'est pas frontal : il exige le déploiement d'un vaste projet contre-hégémonique à plusieurs dimensions. Benjamin Bürbaumer propose de prendre au sérieux cette stratégie — et les limites de sa compréhension dans une Europe qui n'arrive pas à bifurquer.
