Abstract:
Communication and particularly internal communication is to the center of sustainable development firm's strategy. In other words, it seem important to identify sustainable development appropriation and engagement by employers. This paper propose to assess strenghts, weakness "ecocitizen forum theater" in term of sustainable development's tool by employers of a firm.
