Les nouveaux modèles d'innovation par les usagers

Working Papers from HAL
Abstract:
This Working Paper aims at presenting an overall picture of the literature dealing with the concept of user-based innovation. It is because of the limits to a perfect reproduction of the users'environment during the experimental stages that problems emerge during standard production and use activities. Users (in the broad sense) thus have a privileged position as regards production of knowledge. This document is structured according to the distinction between two levels of learning: the "routine", or "do-it-yourself", learning process, and the "experimental", or programmed learning scheme, which echo two very different models of implication of users in the innovation processes of the firms.
