Abstract: The objective of this report produced for the French Agency for Development and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs is to analyze different forms of responsible tourism in several areas: Madagascar, Namibia, Tunisia, Argentina and Costa Rica. This is to identify the effects of different forms of responsible tourism in light of the requirement of sustainability (environmental and socio-economic). The aim is also to present some recommendations after analyzing the factors of success and failure of different experiences in the different areas studied.
