Abstract: This article reports the research work done on the Valserine river (France: Jura) accounting for ecosystem services generated by this river. This work fits into the broader context of the creation of the french Ecolabel wild rivers. In this article , the authors chose to include useful information about rivers in very good ecological condition, a survey of the literature on monetary valuation of ecoservices, as well as elements of contexts of the future Ecolabel wild rivers, watershed Valserine, organization and conduct of the study.
