Abstract: L'objet de ce travail est d'examiner les relations (substituabilite, complementarite) existant entre le prix des produits riches en proteines sur le marche de Rotterdam. Pour cela la methode CKS d'analyse des causalites a ete utilisee. Cette methode permet d'identifier un modele VAR, constitue des prix de ces produits. L'analyse des multiplicateurs permet alors de preciser les relations de substitution entre ces produits.
