Working Papers from HAL

Abstract: Economic systems and structures are threatened by many civil revolutions that are particularly disturbing. These include the rise of digital and robotic systems, unparalleled global oligopolistic and monopolistic concentration, the emerging social explosions and the environmental crisis. It is not certain that the political powers will be able to control them, which could give rise to the military threat.
