Abstract:
Whât millions really buy ? The cleanup costs by T are 100 times higher for the Exxon Valdez (1989) than for the Amoco Cadiz (1978):50 000 $ versus 545 $. Hypothesis is made that, the strategy and goals of the polluter are more important than the characteristics and the impact of the pollution itself.
