Abstract: Le licenciement économique n'est pas uniquement lié aux difficultés économiques des entreprises. La jurisprudence accepte désormais que le licenciement économique puisse être préventif. L'arrêt "Société Pages Jaunes" du 12 janvier 2006 illustre cette mutation.
