Working Papers from HAL

Abstract: Technical report - Based on a framework agreement between the Ecole Supérieure de Tourisme Grand Sud Formation and the Foire de Toulouse GL events – Toulouse Events, the objective is to recommend new marketing and communication actions and operations to attract an audience and a younger clientele and renew its attractiveness on a regional scale. We propose a rejuvenation of the Toulouse fair through the establishment of a collaboration with the Rectorate of Toulouse and the visit of the fair by elementary, middle and high school classes during guided tours within the Toulouse Exhibition Center (a). Digitization and the presence of social networks must be accentuated (b), but also collaboration with other Toulouse pop culture events without forgetting the sustainability and the message on corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the exhibitors who must respond new aspirations of visitors and customers in search of meaning and renewal of the fair's image. Submission of a file and a PowerPoint presentation involving the work and collaboration of the masters 2 tourism strategies and management.
