Working Papers from HAL
Abstract:
The relationships between universal exhibitions ( world expo, world's fair) and regional metropolises are explained based on a survey of Seville 1992 and Zaragoza 2008. Spain is a good example to recall the close links between the exhibition center and the metropolises, but also the surrounding towns in terms of culture, public facilities, culture (associative fabric, cultural Olympics) and tourism. Networking is taking place and is available at all scales.
