Abstract: Technical report on the economic role of the Toulouse International Fair on behalf of Toulouse Evénements – GL events by Grand Sud Formation, we offer solutions and means of archival, geographical and cultural investigations concerning unprecedented research on the Toulouse fair and its importance – attractiveness on the scale of the Occitanie region. We discovered an archival collection at the premises of the Toulouse fair, but also of the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, without forgetting the archives of the Poster Museum in Toulouse. A first summary is provided showing effectively the economic and cultural role of this fair for artisans, business tourism and the entertainment of all Toulouse residents. Collaborations between researchers and archivists are established.
