Abstract: Concept is defined as the simple representation of an object of study. It was Xenophon who established filiation between economics and management by inventing economics concept: "Management in the family". However, economy concept expressed by management is too general and can also be applied to: Culture, Health. Thus, so far, there is no explicit consensus on object of study of these two disciplines. The purpose of this article is to clarify management concept. The article showing that economics and management share the same object. By identifying common object of study, this article asserts that "management" researcher is another economist.
