Abstract: Sustainable development has become a strategic priority for organizational structures. This article offers a narrative and integrative literature review on its implementation within organizations. The analysis is structured around three dimensions: the incorporation of sustainability principles, contingency variables, and managerial instruments such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM). Adopting a critical approach, the review highlights the richness but also the fragmentation of existing research, calling for more comprehensive and context-sensitive perspectives.
