Abstract:
This paper provides a simple, rigorous resolution to Marx's transformation problem using only elementary mathematics. By modeling the economy with two sectors and employing basic algebra, we demonstrate that the problem reduces to ensuring a proportional allocation of capital that aligns production with solvable social needs. This approach cuts through decades of obscurity, reaffirming the scientific coherence of Marx's law of value and its explosive conclusion: profit originates from unpaid labor.
