Abstract: The so-called CHANGECOMP framework, referring to the change agents targeted, aims to articulate the necessary competences for sustainable innovation and impactful entrepreneurship, while remaining adaptable to diverse educational and cultural contexts. We chose to integrate three existing European competence frameworks—EntreComp, GreenComp, and LifeComp—as they align closely with the project's objectives. The challenge was to synthesize and enrich these frameworks by mobilizing a broader body of knowledge: scientific literature (Foliard, 2021; Courtade, 2024; Bibeau & Texier, 2025), international guidelines such as the UNESCO Sustainable Development Goals (2030 Agenda), and explicitations of skills by field professionals. The detailed structure of the resulting CHANGECOMP framework groups change-agent competences into three clusters: i. Implement an entrepreneurial project (Entrepreneurial competences); ii. Commit to social and environmental responsibility (Green competences); iii. Embody innovation (Innovation competences). Since the beginning of this work in April 2025, each competence has been assessed and validated by stakeholders of the consortium through a dual process: Self-assessment within the partner university community and External review by specialists from EE, sustainability, and innovation fields. This dual validation process ensured both the academic rigor and the operational relevance of the framework.
