Oumayma Hamdaoui ()
Working Papers from HAL
Abstract:
This project analyzes financial diagnosis as a tool for restructuring industrial SMEs through the case of Tunisie-Tambour, a company specializing in braking systems. It presents the company, its environment, and the activities carried out during the internship, before developing the theoretical foundations of financial diagnosis. The financial analysis highlights certain weaknesses, particularly in terms of cash flow and financing structure. Based on these results, a financial, organizational, and strategic restructuring plan is proposed. The work thus underscores the importance of financial diagnosis in improving the performance and sustainability of industrial SMEs.
