Abstract: This document presents EXTER-MADA, a static computable general equilibrium (CGE) model tailored to the Malagasy economy and calibrated on a 2019 Social Accounting Matrix (SAM). The model is derived from the EXTER model by Decaluwé et al. (2001) and the PEP-1-1 model by Decaluwé et al. (2013), while incorporating specific features from earlier national macroeconomic models.
