Working Papers from HAL
Abstract:
The end of the territories left room to more serious reflexions on the relations between IT and the "competitiveness and the attractivity of the territories", the "strategies of development." An effect of mode results even today in speaking about "numerical territories". How a territorial system enact technological revolution and diffusion of the innovation to adopt a strategy of economic development, ensuring socio-space equity?
