医師及び歯科医師のオンライン利用による届出の状況

Abstract: 医師、歯科医師及び薬剤師は、２年に一度、12月31日現在の業務従事状況等を職種ごとに医師届出票、歯科医師届出票または薬剤師届出票によって届け出る義務がある。2022年の届出では、医療機関等に勤務する医師、歯科医師及び薬剤師については「医療従事者届出システム」を通じ、厚生労働大臣に届出票を届け出ることが可能となった。当該システムを利用して医師届出票または歯科医師届出票を届け出た者の割合（オンライン利用割合）を確認したので報告する。 医師のオンライン利用割合は41.0％、歯科医師は21.0％である。医師、歯科医師とも若年者のほうがオンライン利用割合は大きい傾向にあり、年齢別のオンライン利用割合は男性のほうが女性よりも大きい傾向にある。〈病院〉が〈診療所〉よりも、〈診療所・勤務〉が〈診療所・開設〉よりもオンライン利用割合は大きくなる。医師の主たる診療科別のオンライン利用割合については、診療所を従事先とする医師が多い診療科ではオンライン利用割合は小さくなる傾向にある。医師のオンライン利用割合が大きい都道府県では、歯科医師でも大きくなる傾向が伺える。
