Abstract: "This data report describes the data of the survey 'German Management and Organizational Practices' (GMOP). GMOP is an establishment dataset on management practices and firm performance in Germany. The survey was conducted in German establishments in the manufacturing industry and the construction sector with at least 25 employees subject to social security.
