Abstract: "In this Research Report the authors expose results of the evaluation of the pilot project 'Weiterbildungsberatung' (counseling on further education and training) of the German Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit, BA) by the Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB) and the Institut für Sozialforschung und Gesellschaftspolitik (ISG). The two parts of this Research Report are the final reports delivered to the BA in the summer of 2016 based on the two distinct research projects of IAB and ISG on the implementation of counseling on further education and training in the BA."
