Abstract: "The report analyses individual data on short-time workers in the city of Nuremberg ranging from June 2008 to June 2010. During that time short-time work in Nuremberg is characterised by a high turnover of establishments as well as employees. Short-time work is equally reduced across all income- and age groups. Therefore, the term 'holding track' is not justified." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
