Abstract:
"Women are less often than man involved in starting-up a new business. This is a problem not only because of the loss of individual chances, but also of growth potential for the economy. Nevertheless, in very most European countries, start-ups are a male dominated sphere. Germany is no exception - and there is no time trend visible that this might change in the nearer future."
