Abstract:
"There is hardly no empirical evidence in Germany concerning contracts for work that take place on company grounds. The aim of our study is to gather information about the scope of contracts of work and get a first detailed insight into the usage of these onsite contracts for work, which primarily means information about motives and practical arrangements of onsite contracts for work. Therefore we combine a representative quantitative analysis of the prevalence of onsite contracts for work with a qualitative study based on interviews with firms that ordered contracts for work."
