Abstract: "Working time accounts - providing employers with the means to adjust work input to varying demands and employees to improve their work-life balance - are still on the rise in German establishments. Separate long term working time accounts however make no headway. Still only a few establishments offer their employees this possibility to save up additional working time for extended timeouts."
