Abstract:
"The results of the sixth wave of the BIBB-IAB qualifications and occupations projections (QuBe project) provide an overview of likely developments in the German labor market up to 2040, with different labor market constellations emerging in the individual federal states. In order to better assess long-term regional developments on both the demand and the supply side of the labor market, region-specific model calculations up to 2040 were carried out on the basis of the current QuBe baseline projection for Germany as a whole."
