Abstract: "Using administrative data from the German Federal Employment Agency, the group of people in first labor market integration will be characterized in more detail in the period between 2014 and 2020; in addition, their rehabilitation process and their transition into the labor market will be presented. Especially, young adults with disabilities participating in vocational training are increasingly gaining a foothold in employment.
