Abstract: "The participation of people with severe disabilities in working life is a key priority under German labour and social legislation. Specific regulations provide both incentives and binding requirements for employers to actively consider people with severe disabilities in application and recruitment processes. Analyses of job advertisements from BA-Jobsuche, the job search platform of the Federal Employment Agency, show whether and to what extent this is reflected in the use of inclusive language, how widespread such expressions are, and which companies use them particularly frequently."
