Abstract:
This study is an integral part of the efforts undertaken by the Inter-American Development Bank's Poverty Reduction and Social Protection Network concerning the discussion and dissemination of the lessons learnt on poverty reduction and social development strategies developed in Latin America and the Caribbean. The underlying purpose of this study is twofold.
