Abstract:
The primary objectives of this presentation are to compare and contrast the experiences of China and India in financing infrastructure investment; quantify the macroeconomic impacts of public infrastructure investment; and focus on the different modes of financing. It was presented at the Third LAEBA Annual Meeting in Seoul, South Korea in November 2006.
