Services, Anti-dumping and Other "New Issues" in the WTO Negotiations and Their Relevance for the FTAA

Abstract: In the semester following the Doha Ministerial, WTO Members were able to set up the essential elements of the Work Program decided by Ministers at Doha (November 2001), including the negotiations mandated in the declaration.
