Abstract:
With the advent of the e-commerce channels, most manufacturers have introduced direct internet channels which could be a source of conflict among channel members. The conflict could be task related or interpersonal and can occur at any stage of the relationship with the manufacturer-honeymoon, routine problem solving or stabilization. Depending upon the type of conflict and relationship stage, the paper advances a conceptual framework for conflict resolution strategies.Length: 3 pages
